Template Library > Saving Templates
You are able to save any of the templates that you work with in either library. Keep a template in your Active Library to have it editable, or save a backup of your template into the Read Only Library to have a copy of it.
Common Questions
To save a template from the Read Only library to the Active Library:
- Choose which template you would like to use from the Read Only library and hit the button.
- Next, click the button.
- Choose the button underneath the Active Library set.
- Enter in the name you would like for your template and hit .
- Finally, click the button.
To save the template you are currently working on:
Although not necessary, a good practice is to actively save the template you are working on into the Active Library. This helps should you ever need to restore the template at a later date.
- The template you want to save in your Active Library must be your current template.
- Go to the and choose either (to save the template under it's current name) or (to save the template as a different template name) under the Active Library buttons.
To save a backup of the current template (will go in Read Only library):
You can retrieve this template and edit again after re-saving into your Active Library.
- Have the template you want to make a backup copy of as your current template.
- Go to the and choose the button.
- Type in the name you would like your backup copy of this template to be and hit the button.
