Permission based, opt-in list - Get permission first.
Purchased list - DO NOT email a purchased list! You must obtain permission from each person via telephone or direct mail before you email them.
Do not send to email addresses such as: sales@domain.com, info@domain.com, or any other general addresses.
Explicit content - Send only the content you promised and do not send explicit content
Email subject - Do not deceive your recipients, your subject should reflect your content.
Opt-out mechanism - Always provide an opt-out mechanism to allow recipients to opt-out of your email list. Swiftpage emarketing does this automatically for you!
